Hoist was hired in 2020 to grow consistent demand across marketing and sales, starting with a rebrand and rollout to all channels.

Rapport Is hard enough to develop in B2B relationships even with the benefit of face-to-face relationships. Now given the COVID reality, Hoist is assisting Zella DC to engage personally with prospects via digital marketing and long-distance business development. Automating personalised interactions is the objective. This will be driven by the CRM, engaging through a content program that helps build trust.
